COG ALINE In Detail

  • Why

For many years Fleet have been searching for an alternative to the single use plastic drum currently used by all line marking companies worldwide. Research shows that existing single use plastic drums, as used in the line marking industry, can contribute up to 6kg of Carbon Dioxide per drum. In keeping with Fleet’s commitment to the environment, Fleet has created the first reusable and then recyclable line marking paint system. Fleet have a target of eliminating over 1 million tonnes of Carbon Dioxide in the next 5 years.
  • SYSTEM

The Cog Line Marking System brings a whole new approach to the line marking world. It is not only environmentally friendly but eliminates paint wastage. Rather than recycling, the COG Line Marking System re-uses its bespoke drums (COG’s), which can be used time after time saving money and …. saving the planet. At the end of their re-usable life they are then recycled.

Their unique shape and design means during shipping the COG’s are completely stable with no more than one strap to hold them with no further film or wrapping required. Once fitted on the COG Orange machine, as many as 12 soccer pitches can be marked from the two COG drums. When the COG’s are empty Fleet will arrange to collect the COG’s at no further charge and the re-using system begins.
